Welcome...to the site of an Analytical Chemist turned RE sales agent! As a middle-class techie working in the lab, I woke up from the fairy tale of the 401K and started investing in RE. Now, after 17 years, I can simply retire or share my knowledge and skills in helping others, particularly the middle-class, the work horse of the country who hardly gets the reward they deserve in retirement. That's why I WANTED to (and not because I HAVE to) become an RE agent.  What I've always practiced as a professional for 30 years are honesty, integrity, excellence and enthusiasm. Your interest will always come before my own. Trust has to be earned, and I will earn yours, as with everyone I have worked with.

Or if you are just interested in purchasing or selling your own home, and not interested in being an RE investor, that's a great step to take too. I am more than happy to work with you.

I cover these counties-- Alameda, Contra Costa (as far east as I-680), San Mateo and Santa Clara. Investors might want to target multiple geographical areas, and I'm ready to cover that.
